The allocation policy
100% of verified Nous API customer payments are allocated to manual token buybacks and burns, including execution fees. Operating costs are funded separately. There is no fixed execution schedule.
Historical customer payments are included. Scout and other internal test payments, creator fees, donations and unrelated transfers are excluded. An allocation records intended use; completed purchases and burns require separate transaction evidence.
